Where do I start on this awful experience? I boarded my two large intimidating dogs at Best Friends and paid for extra services to increase the amount of human interaction they would receive. As I am very nervous about leaving my pets, I watched the cameras at all times. From this I am convinced that my pets were not provided the services I paid for, they were not cared for following my instructions, and then I was provided a made up list of times that they were taken out for potty breaks. I know this as I have a screenshot immediately following one of the provided times. The representative could only tell me "Well, we're the best at what we do" over and over again. Meanwhile, it took one of my dogs over a month to start eating normally again.

This was a really nice place and loved my Great Dane. There was plenty of room for him without me worrying someone would step on him or trip over him.

Food was good and the service was fantastic.

We had a group of 15 who all sat outside because of my Great Dane. The owner brought out extra table and chairs and brought my dog a water dish. Food was good and reasonably priced.
