I'm a semi—retired elementary school teacher who has 2 dogs and a husband. We live to take them on fun little adventures.

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend with our 2 dogs. The facility and room was clean and spacious. The shower was the best water pressure we’ve ever had in a hotel. It was very convenient to have the full kitchen with a Kroger just across the way. We ate breakfast and lunch in our room with our dogs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The green space for potty breaks was sufficient and there are a couple of dog parks within 10 minutes drive. We requested a room near the stairs for easy out for potty breaks. We visited several parks where we hiked and wineries that were dog friendly.

We took our two dogs on the Blue Hole Trail- it’s around 1 1/2 miles on easy to walk dirt/gravel trails through the woods. There are several cool geological features to see, including blue springs and waterfalls. We did not check out the river cave tour since dogs are not allowed. There are water fountains (no dog bowls) and poop bags (it was empty when we were there.

We spent a lazy Saturday afternoon here with out dogs and enjoyed the spacious outdoor covered patio area with a bottle of Cabernet and cheese plate. The patio overlooks a gorgeous rolling countryside and has convenient bathrooms. The staff in the tasting room allowed our dogs to come in and everyone fussed over them. The wine was delicious and we had so much fun!

We stopped here on a Friday afternoon and pretty much had the outdoor space to ourselves. The covered tables overlook the vineyard and there is plenty of green fields for the dogs to run. The wine was delicious as we as the cheese plate. It is an easy quick country drive off I-65.

We visit here with our 2 dogs frequently in warmer weather. We love to sit at the comfy Adirondack chairs near the grape vines and wildflowers. We buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the delicious flatbread. Our dogs enjoy lounging in the shade after exploring or playing in the big field.

We brought our dogs to the spacious grassy backyard of this winery. There were plenty of tables and we enjoyed some great music. The dogs had fun meeting other dogs and walking around the beautiful countryside .
