We were here for two nights for a concert. The hotel was clean, had wood floors in the room, was comfortable for us and our dog, and a location close to food options. The only thing is that if you are looking to go downtown I wouldn’t stay here, takes awhile to get there.

My pup and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The major reason we chose this hotel is that is was within walking distance of the stadium as we came into town for a concert. It was also close to good places to eat. The floors in the room were wood instead of carpet which we prefer. If I come back to Dallas I would stay here again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. My dog found a piece of plastic within minutes of us being in the room. We did a sweep and found a piece of chocolate and a pair of underwear on the floor. The room was also not clean in general- dirty fingerprints on multiple services, crumbs, dust, etc. We didn’t feel comfortable staying here due to the cleanliness issue and the smell. When you stepped off the elevator there was instantly an old musty smell. The area is also not the best- lots of boarded up areas and broken in buildings. Next door there is a small green space/plaza. When we walked by we got yelled at by some unhoused individuals one of which was holding a knife. One positive is that customer service was good and the front desk, valet, and security were all very nice.

We stayed here on our way to Chicago for one night. The front desk barely acknowledged us. The rooms were old and didn’t feel clean. The location is good. I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

We stayed here for four nights and loved it! We will stay here again when back in Chicago. First off it’s a great location, central to major Chicago attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We felt safe at this location as they have security and a door person. There are 2 options for parking - self parking or valet depending on preference. Easy location for ride shares or door dashers to pull up if you utilize those services. The comfort factor was huge. The room was bright, clean, with everything you need. Our room had a vanity, small table, and 2 closet areas with plenty of room for storage. There is a separate toilet and shower area. In our room you could close off the bedroom area with sliding doors.

The room also has a SMEG fridge and snacks/drinks available in room. The TV swiveled so we could watch it while getting ready at the vanity, working at the desk, or in bed. Didn’t have any issues with noise or waiting for elevators. This is also a great hotel for dogs. The room has all wood floors. There’s no chance of odor like with carpet. They have specific rooms for pets designated by a cute dog statue outside. You can flip a switch to let them know whether you want housekeeping. The hotel has a coffee shop, rooftop bar, and restaurant. We got a room on the 24th floor which I recommend.
