The hotel was clean and nice, but the accommodations for my pet were not the best. Online they “claim” to have A designated area for my pup to relieve themselves. The area was A corner curb with sand, some broken glass, cigarette butts and dead grass approximately 2x2 ft in size. My other option was to walk the half block to the nearby square that “housed” some homeless men. For A woman traveling alone having to take their dog out at 10:00-11:00pm was not the most comforting idea. Please do better.

I had my apprehension going to an older “motel” but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was absolutely wonderful and went over-above for my pup and they were beyond accommodating to me. The pet service was beyond perfect. I highly recommend this Inn for your “pup stay” in St. Augustine. I will return over and over again.
