I bring my dalmatian puppy for daycare regularly. Muddy Paws has been super communicative and flexible from the start. They were happy to allow us to do a walk through before booking our pets, and have been accommodating of our busy work schedules for drop off and pick up times. They send updates throughout the day and my pup plays most of the day - with another dog, outside, or in the inside playroom. She gets so excited to get out of the car when we arrive and is chilled out for the evening. She also gets a cute report card at the end of the day which I love.

We have also boarded our dogs for a long weekend and our second dog is a rescue - a cautious and reactive dog, and a flight risk. They went above and beyond and did a meet and greet (with treats), and went slow with the drop off process to help make him more comfortable. They answered all our questions and accommodated all our requests, and assured us everything would be fine, which it was!

it has been a blessing to have a kind, caring, and professional place to bring our dogs for care, especially in an area where pet care is very limited. We plan to continue using Muddy Paws for future pet care needs.
