Great for pets

Staff was friendly. Stayed with two large dogs (50 lbs and 75 lbs) at no extra cost. Our reservation was for two queens, but staff said something happened and we ended up with a King and pullout couch. Not ideal, but that was the only issue. Still recommend!

Highly Recommend!

This hotel seemed newer, was clean, saw other dogs on our floor. I still want to give it a 5, but my only complaint is that I wish we would have been on the first floor instead of the fourth. It was otherwise, and excellent stay! Will be staying again on our way passing through!

Good customer service

Wanted to give a heads up for other users… booked through the BringFido app around 7pm day-of (We were not sure where our stopping point would be until we got closer, which is why we booked so close to the time we got there). Got the confirmation email right away. Showed up at the hotel around 9pm and they didn’t have my reservation. I called BringFido and put the representative on the phone with the front desk. Front desk repeated over and over again that she didn’t have my reservation. I even showed the front desk my confirmation email. BringFido rep said they even got an email back from the hotel confirming I’d have a room, but the front desk associate said she never sent that email.

It was a “non-refundable rate” so BringFido asked to please refund me. Front desk said she couldn’t because she didn’t have anything to refund. She told me she didn’t have a room for me at the rate I originally purchased, so I left and booked another stay at another hotel (at Home Inn in Pensacola and it was a wonderful experience, in case anyone is wondering). Four days later, the charge was on my credit card. After calling the hotel, they did research on their end and found that the reservation didn’t come through until 11:11pm. By that time, a new front desk shift had taken over and processed me as a “no show” so that’s why the charge was on my account. Hotel admins were wonderful at giving me literally a non-refundable refund, so I appreciate that. I will likely stay next time I’m passing through. Just wanted to say, MORAL OF THE STORY: Book *several* hours in advance so this doesn’t happen to you!

This place was clean, dog friendly, quiet, and peaceful. Exactly what you want while traveling with your pup!

Very Dog friendly

Upon check-in, my large dog was offered a treat from the front desk. Hotel was clean and many other dogs of all sizes were there. Only reason for 4/5 bones was dog walking area was rather small and the hotel itself had a weird, but bearable, odor, like overdone perfume trying to mask the dog smell. Other than that, it was a very nice place and I would recommend!
