Elizabeth

The staff was super nice, the room was large and clean with nice laminate floor. The third floor is the pet friendly floor with a door out to a potty yard. I wish there was a poop scoop instead of bags and that the staff took care of it. There was a good bit of poop farther back in the yard and the fencing did have holes in it that small dogs could escape out of. The staff did warn us about the holes at check-in and recommended not letting our dogs off leash. Overall though we had a good time for my dog’s first hotel stay, it was pretty quiet at night and she did eventually settle down to sleep.
