We are a couple who LOVE and have raised 7 miniature dachshunds. All have lived to age 17. Our oldest is now 20 and will be 21 in September. We train, love them like they are our children. We are very financially stable and take care of any medical needs they may have. We both recently retired so are getting another mini soon( we have one left the 21 year old)
