CUSTOMER FIRST POLICY! I had a negative experience at a Hilton Garden Inn the night before with confusion over pet fee and them NOT refunding a $25 overcharge. So THIS hotel was a breath of fresh air!!! The VERY polite gentleman at the desk asked if we used an app for the reservation. Saying yes, he said to show him what the pet fee listed was as different apps list different fees. Now THIS is how you do business! PEOPLE over POLICIES! The hotel was a TAD dated, but they are doing a full remodel so I'd CALL to make extra sure your reservation is legit since it's through an app. The neighborhood is so-so but right next to a very nice area. Small area for dogs, but that may increase with remodel. Clean! And ALL staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was average to slightly above. Good coffee.

Generally clean, but exterior and interior doors were dirty and banged up. Rest of room fine. Seemed over-priced. Have stayed at Hilton's and Sheratons for less! Not a fan in general of Best Westerns, but this had good ratings compared to others in Santa Rosa, NM. It could just be the area as higher quality hotels were not there.

Loved the room, clean, modern, everything you need and more. Friendly staff! The breakfast was so-so, but the woman that tended the breakfast was very friendly and courteous as was the staff at the desk. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a classic, quaint hotel in Santa Fe, NM and in the heart of a great shopping district. Lovely restaurants very close by.

Everything was very clean and fresh. VERY friendly staff. Especially the gal that worked in the breakfast bar area. She was OVER THE TOP accommodating and friendly. Always made sure our coffee was refilled without asking. You don't find this in many young people today!

The hotel could use a makeover, but it was at least clean and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a nice treat bag for our pup.

Clean, friendly, nice decor, great location. Thought $75 for your dog to stay and I was told if I didn't use any incidentals (whatever that was), you could apply it to your dog fee. Next day, I said we used nothing but the room and was told I'd get credit for the dog fee. The man said he never heard of that. It's a flat rate that doesn't change. #1) The fee is steep, and #2) The staff needs to get on the same page.

Nice beds, nice decor. Our pup loved it. Nice breakfast as well and very friendly staff!

Friendly staff, very clean, everything worked, nice decor, competitive price. Will stay here again next Sept when we drive through with our pet.
