We have 2 wonderful pups, a 9yr old Australian Shepherd Jack, and a 3yr old Sheltie, Lexi. We enjoy car rides, beaches and beautiful hikes on any terrain with our fur babies.

La Quinta by Wyndham Redding

Love La Quinta and the no pet fee policy. The folks are always super polite, and have lovely manners. We've stayed at over a dozen locations around the country, since June. They have all been comfy and great locations near any freeway. And the breakfasts make it all worthwhile!
Thanks La Quinta!

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Savannah Southside

"Ok" hotel, needs a lot of updating. Staff was very polite and helpful. DOG FRIENDLY, not close to downtown, but lots of decent restaurants nearby. A really great dog park is close to this hotel.

Really cool hotel. Perfectly off hwy 40, easy access from freeway. Awesome breakfast! "Some" greenbelt areas for the pooches. Overall, a nice, comfy stay.

Cool park for pups and people

Herty Pines Dog Park

We were recently traveling through Savannah, on the final leg of our 3 week cross country trip with our Aussie and Sheltie.
Over 20+ dogs were running and playing, and welcomed our pups into the pack with ease. The folks are super nice here too. Very nice shade with pine tree canopy. Dog washing stations also available. Lots of fun!

A paradise among the plains

Running Y Ranch Resort

Running Y Ranch and Golf Resort is a dreamy and relaxing property to pamper yourself and unwind. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and accommodations. They make it easy for your pooches to stay and enjoy as well. There is a great dog park on the property, for the pups to run and stretch their legs at the end of a long day of road tripping. There are also several beautiful trails for you to hike with the pups as well. The appearance of the lodge is warm and lovely. There are 2 lovely restaurants, a super Market + Deli, ice skating and a pool.
We would stay again, definitely!!!

Green rolling hills!

Vista Meadows Dog Park

First time here with our Aussie and Sheltie. What a treat for dogs and people. Completely fenced in, safe for off leash. Lots of space for pups to run, or relax under shade of several trees. A bench and picnic table are available for all to sit and enjoy. The park is secluded and quiet, in a lovely residential neighborhood, near downtown Livermore and close to 580.
