We were attending a national meeting while staying here. The accommodations were top notch and the staff were amazing. The Asst GM, Nicki, went out of her way to make sure our 15-year-old miniature dachshund was well cared for when we were unable to get back to the room as expected. I’ve never had another manager work so hard to be sure all of her guests were comfortable, whether two legged or four. 5 treats for sure!
