Great patio, service, and food!

Save your time and money and pick somewhere else. We were planning to stay for 1 night as we were passing through town. We booked a pet friendly room, and with all the fees (resort, 3 hour early check-in, parking) our total was $350. We got to our room and noticed both bed skirts had dried pee all over them. We called the front and they sent up a house keeping person and a housekeeping manager (and they weren’t very quick). They told us the pet-friendly rooms are older and they don’t have bed skirts to replace them so they just took them off leaving the metal bed frame exposed.
We asked the front desk and them about where we take the dog to pee and didn’t get good directions. One of them actually told just let the dog go in the service area (a room on the floor that had linoleum flooring) and they would clean it up. Gross. Also, the hall floor looked like animals had peed all over in the past. Someone in the hall told us where the dog area was, it was a small patch in a very sun area making the turf hot and it was pretty far from the dog rooms.
After all that we went to grab food, when we got back to the room we noticed there was pee spots in the room and on the curtain, dog food jammed under furniture, the bathroom was all scratched up, and there was dry blood splattered in the bathroom. We decided this was unacceptable, so we went to the front to request a refund and to check out. The worker at the desk was like why didn’t you tell us right away?!? We repeated that we called right away and that we had only been there 3 hours. She went to the back and the manager approved the refund. The manager didn’t bother to come out and get any information. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and typically stay at Best Westerns. This was the most expensive room we picked and by far the worst!

We had a good 2-night stay. I did notice if I checked in ahead of time online the pet fee was quoted higher. I called before hand and they just told me to skip that (doesn’t save much time at actual check-in) and I would be charged the correct fee.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, good breakfast, and dogs can sit in the lobby by the breakfast area. Cons: didn’t love the parking situation or the limited area to take the dog out.

The property is large with lots of places to walk the dog. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and you could sit on the patio with your dog (there are stairs outside on one side to access the patio).

Our room was large and clean, staff/manager was very friendly and helpful. Limited area to walk the dog.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the camping cabins. Cabin was clean and had a space heater which did a good job keeping us warm. Staff was friendly. Dogs can go to the outside grill area if you purchase breakfast/dinner. Large property to walk the dog around. Cons: cabins/tents are really close together and it would have been nice if the shared bathrooms and showers were cleaned more.

Staff was very friendly, at check-in and the next morning the staff stopped and talked to us and our pup. Room was big and pretty clean. Lots of areas to walk the dog. Breakfast was limited compared to other Best Westerns.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, big grass area to walk the dog. We could hear trucks at night, but that wasn’t a big deal to us.
