Staff very friendly. Large area to walk dogs or even play ball (if you can trust them to stay). My husky greeted staff and visitors and seemed to enjoy the attention. This was his first trip to a hotel with us and he was so well behaved. In early evening he’d bark a little because it was playtime. But no complaints because I inquired as a worried dog mom. Give the experience 5 bones. We’d definitely return if the opportunity comes again.
