We came from a nightmare of a night at a Motel 6 to this hotel and the difference was night and day. I wish we’d just booked this hotel for us and our 3 dogs in the first place but price was a concern. After the horrible experience we had, I would’ve just paid the extra money to never have to deal with Motel 6 in the first place.

Hotel was great, staff was great, location was great. They really are dog friendly and happily brought the dogs beds and bowls we accidentally forgot. We received extra towels and pillows upon request and had a comfortable and restful night. I would definitely stay at one of these properties again, ESPECIALLY if I have my dogs!

Literal roach motel. Reserved an accessible room for 3 dogs 3 weeks in advance, showed up and was told they were overbooked and we were stuck on the 3rd floor. Treated horribly, room was water damaged, had roaches and was literally the worst experience ever. The elevator barely fit me, my partner and 3 dogs it was so tiny and smoke filled (I’m petite). The manager BARELY agreed to refund 50% and we had to leave immediately after one night it was so bad due to the staff, room, my disability and the aforementioned 3 dogs. Don’t listen to the reviews that say you can bring 3 dogs. Seriously, worst experience ever. Would not book with them after the hassle and misinformation or this roach motel in not even a bad area with the most shady parking lot, sketchy people and abhorrent staff.
