This was our first outing with Chai to a real movie theater. I was at first worried that I had misread the pet policy, but we went and everyone was fantastic! They even took a photo for us with our pup at his first movie! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the seats are reclining and roomy. We picked seats in the back, and our pup loved hanging out with us !
