We realized we were not paying a lot, but the service was terrible. We had a 3 PM check-in and we arrived right at 3. They said our room wasn't ready...give them 30 minutes. At 5:45, we finally were able to get our room. The bed was not very comfortable, ice machine was broken, and pool said 'Closed'. The positives-we were able to have our pup with us with no extra charge, there are 2 potty areas, plenty of parking, and it was a short 7 minute drive to Solvang. Don't think we would recommend this hotel to others.

This was a nice hotel for the price. I had read some not so good reviews, but I thought this hotel was great! Very accommodating for our pup with a nice corner room. Check-in and checkout went very smooth. Great location, not too far from everything. Cons: noisy neighbors and not a lot of parking.
Would probably stay here again for the good price, but might want to stay at a nicer hotel with a king size bed.
