This was a dream stay, hotel and experience all rolled into one. Greeted with a doggy gift bag, upgraded to a better suite on the first floor, right next to the rear door for easy potty breaks. The room was stunning. The hotel and grounds, absolutely beautiful. We were just passing through for the night but I will be back to stay here at the Biltmore Village. Top tier perfection! (We have 2 big dogs, easy access through back access door so no worries about other people/pets) bravo!!!! Excellent service.
Great room but we got put on the 3rd floor. There was only 1 elevator and a lot of people. I had to strategically wait to get on the elevator with the dogs and no other people. It was a lot of work getting them down and outside. Room was big and clean. The dogs did great, even being around so many people.

Let's start with the highlights. The bed was a dream. Incredibly comfortable. Very clean, lots of extra shelves & hooks. They put us on the 1st floor right by the back door for quick potty access! Excellent.
Lots of grass area around, not specifically designated but plenty of space. This location is right next to Sprouts grocery store & Petco. Hotel itself is very pretty. Dog fee increased to $75 from $50 even though Tru doesn’t list it on its website yet. But BringFido reached out to me prior to notifying me.(thank you!)
This hotel room is smaller than normal hotel rooms. We had 2 dogs & it made it a little tight but we managed to store things in the bathroom and other spaces. For one night it was fine. Honestly we were soaked from walking in a rain storm, got all snuggled in, ordered Door Dash, watched a movie and all of us, pups included.. snoozed sweet dreams. Would definitely stay here again if we were in a pinch. Cleanliness & a comfortable bed wins!

We got a bigger room which was really helpful for 2 dogs. Wasn’t available on the 1st floor but right next to the elevator (you could NOT hear it in the room (the elevator). Place is older and dated but was clean. Mattress needed replacing could feel squeaky springs. A/C only seemed to work in room with bed and was loud like a jet taking off. Woke me up all night. But I did feel safe here with our 2 dogs. Just an older building ready for an upgrade.

Upgraded to a suite & talk about great space for us & 2 big dogs! And on the first floor. No issues with noise. One of the designated dog areas had left over dog poo, but that’s from other guests. AMPLE green space around the hotel and lots of walking areas. Great convenience to grocery store and other food options (suite had a full kitchen). Really easy place to stay with dogs. Note: we are traveling across the country, so extra space feels really nice.
