I made a reservation at 2:30 am online for this place while traveling from Kansas to California, wishing to get a room immediately and not realizing I wouldn’t be able to check in until 3 pm. When I tried to discuss this with the front desk person, he was really rude and told me there weren’t any rooms available at all — despite the vacancy sign outside. He also wouldn’t let me use the lobby restroom, saying it was not open to the public, even though he confirmed on his computer that I had a reservation for that night.
