Pup's Favorite Park

River runs parallel to the park with multiple entrances so the pups are spread out. During salmon season these entrances have floating barriers to protect the fish. There's a dog wash spot and nail trim truck in the garden adjacent lot. They do cost a pretty penny ($18/12 minutes for the wash, & there's a 6 minute option), but convenient if pup plays in the mud. Hours depend on the season. I appreciate the shampoo options of herbal or hypoallergenic. As others have mentioned, pups should have excellent recall as this park is HUGE. Poop bags are stationed near the entrances, trash cans throughout. A port-o-potty is located mid-river, but there are plenty of flushing toilets in other parts of Marymoor- like on the other side of the dog wash, by the playground. Professional dog walkers need a permit. And as others have mentioned, parking is $1. If you're parking near the dog wash, the only parking meter that takes cards is BEFORE the parking lot at the 2nd ticket dispenser- otherwise bring cash or pay $1.25 online.

Perfect for dogs

The pics posted above aren't 100% what's going on here, but close enough. "The Cupboard" has dog items stocked: treats, poop bags, and toys! There's a big grassy area near by, a park in the neighborhood behind the hotel, and an AMAZING dog park 10 minutes away at Bill Archer Dog Park. There's also a Petsmart across I-10 if needed. Having a full size fridge and freezer to keep dog food is a huge plus. I called ahead through BringFido and got a 1st floor room. And my room had both tile and laminate flooring, my dog likes to alternate depending how hot or cold she is. Dishwasher, but you provide your own detergent. Dishes are provided. I'm super impressed TBH, and will stay again.
