Perfect Sedona Stay!

We loved Sky Rock! The location was perfect, close to everything, but just up the hill, away from traffic. We loved the shared balconies with beautiful views, seating options and gas fire pits- so quiet and relaxing in the evening. We have an XL dog and he was welcomed everywhere. The hotel area is well-lit and safe to walk at night. There is a very nice walking trail to walk your dog; Enzo loved to sniff around and even sniffed out a bunny. (Bunny is safe!) Very close to several great hikes and Whole Foods (which also has a dog friendly patio). We went to a few recommended sunset spots, but honestly, the sunset views from the balconies were beautiful and much more comfortable by the fire! Enzo gives it 5 bones and 2 paws! 🐾

Can’t wait to return!

DO NOT READ OLD REVIEWS! This lodge has been completely renovated and is precious! Best kept secret! The morning and sunset views are stunning! Just a short drive to Page, but there is a lot to do and explore in Marble Canyon/Lees Ferry. They are XL dog friendly and there is so much well-lit space to walk around. The restaurant on site is excellent- the Navajo Taco Salad and Blue Corn Cookies are a must! Our waitress, Juanda, was so exceptional that we ate there every night of our trip! We loved the outdoor fire pits every night under the stars. If you are looking for peace and solitude, with every modern convenience you could need, this is your place! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience!

The best place to stay in Albuquerque! The location is perfect -- up on a hill, very quiet, with a beautiful view of the city lights. This was our first time bringing our Great Dane to a hotel (most hotels don’t accept XL dogs) and they exceeded every expectation! Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque is not just a hotel that tolerates dogs… they are truly DOG FRIENDLY! They greeted Enzo by name, gave him treat bags, provided multiple areas and options to sit downstairs with your dog (both inside and outside) and had so much walking space outside. Because it’s away from the bustle of town, we enjoyed the peaceful, safe and well-lit walking areas. The free breakfast is top-notch with made to order omelets and pancakes. We ordered from the on site restaurant for dinner and the pizza was excellent! We had a great experience and will return anytime we’re in the area!
