Unfortunately our room had hairs in tub, on toilet, on supposed to be clean towels, in the sink, the bed sheets were inside out on bed and dirty. I went to the manager and told him about problems and he said I can have another room so I said can I see it first and he took me to the other room. There was hair in that bathroom as well and he said it was cleaned. Manager didn’t even offer a refund. Only good thing was location.
