We got locked out repeatedly with our dog. Fix the key situation and this would have been better.

During the aftermath of an epic ice storm, the desk staff were patient kind and welcoming and got us a first floor room to get in and out easily. Bless them and hope power is restored quickly!

Nancy at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I have an anxious reactive Great Dane and she made sure we had our own entrance to keep us calm. It was whistle clean and the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend.
