When we booked this hotel, we weren't sure what to expect as we were not from the area and didn't have a recommendation. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, the room was very clean and spacious and we felt safe here. It's very close to shopping and food too. My 2 chi's are very particular where they go potty but they felt very comfortable here even though there was no grass. The back parking lot provided plenty of space to walk and keep them away from other pets. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Don't stay here! Your pets wont like it either. The room was ok but the area was scary and we feared for our lives. Scary people walking in the neighborhood, very few businesses were open and we heard multiple gun shots. The walls were thin and we could hear everything as though the windows were open. The dog relief area was under the second floor, next to the food and ice vending machines on blacktop. My dogs felt my stress and weren't able to potty in this area therefore causing me more stress and feeling bad for my chi's I had to put them in the car and drive them to another area every time it was time to potty. We left early in the AM as fast as we could. We should have never stayed here, it tarnished our whole vacation.

It’s not brand new or fancy but it’s clean and we love that it has fake grassy areas all around. It’s great that we can open the door and there it is. No stairs to deal with or far walks for potty. There are benches and tables to sit at. Restaurants are in walking distance. Also, we feel safe here.

When I got there, didn't know I requested a 1st floor room, they said that they didn't see that in the notes. This was an issue for us so the girl was kind enough to accommodate us. The room was better than expected. There is a dog grass area but unfortunately, people didn't pick up after their pets. There was plenty of poop bags and a trash can so I don't understand that but I was glad to have an area to take them.
