At midday it’s very hot with no shade and no water source. I’m sure it’s better at other times of day when the sun isn’t overhead and it’s a nice resource since dogs aren’t allowed in other park areas. A quick walk from the designated parking area. Quite a few spots where owners didn’t clean up after their pet.

We enjoyed the Thai Chicken wrap, Buffalo Bill wrap and a turkey sandwich. All ingredients were fresh and each sandwich came with chips. The wraps weighed as much as a brick! For a sweet finish we enjoyed some cookies. While there was nothing specific about dogs there, like a water dish or treats, the patio was welcoming and all patrons greeted her with a smile.

Lots of places for your furry friend to get comfy outside. The staff was very friendly to all of their patrons. Good pricing and atmosphere.

Gorgeous setting to walk you dog on-leash. There is signage at the trail head requiring it. Lots of wildlife and spots for your furry friend to check out the water. Definitely recommend.
