I really appreciated the room was truly a pet room. No hiding places for my squirrelly kitty to squeeze in and hide (which yes, has happened before). Even a nice area to feed them. Also liked that there is a flat fee for 2 pets not a fee for each. Very nice room. Even the kitties liked it. Definitely recommend.
