We loved our short stay at Crowne Plaza Resort in Asheville. We will definitely return and recommend to others!

We enjoyed the outdoor patio with our dogs while drinking great beer and eating great food!

Room outdated, smelly and dirty. Too bad.

WE stayed overnight in Cabin 6 with our 2 German short hair pointers and our family of 4. When we first arrived to the cabin, we smelled dog poop. The green space alongside the cabin was loaded with it. We clean up after our dogs always and expect all dog owners to do the same. We also expect that the places we choose to stay enforce that cleanliness. There were weeks of poop in that green space - gross!
The cabin itself was barely clean. Kitchen cabinets look like they haven’t been wiped down in years. Linens were very old as was the furniture. Bathrooms were not horrible but not great either.
Positive things I could share- size of cabin is great and 1.5 bathrooms is a plus. Also, the staff is very nice.
The overnight stay cost $256.00.
We usually stay in Airbnb /Vrbo or nicer hotels so are used to cleaner poshier places so we may be spoiled.
Overall, if you want a dog friendly, spacious cabin- book it.
If you want clean, posh and quaint cabin by a river- keep looking.

This is our second stay at this hotel from traveling our Florida to Maine trek. It is a decent size suite and clean - good deal
