Stayed at other hotels on this street but couldn't get a reservation so I tried here. Hotel has great location and dog tolerant. I wouldn't call dog-friendly; no stations with poop bags and garbage, no dog treats in lobby. Breakfast was packaged cereal and fruit in a cup. Coffee available. I opened window and window frames have not been cleaned for YEARS. Dead bugs in frame, very dusty and dirty. No AC in hotel so you have to open the window. Amenities tray and Kleenex holder in the bathroom rusted. Cleaning lady just walked into our room one morning. No knock and "Housekeeping..."

Great fun and wonderful community! plan to stay the day and enjoy the beach as well.

We had a wonderful time this weekend at this property! Weddings and conferences and Wiener Fest attendees… didn’t matter, staff made everyone feel comfortable! Will stay here again!
