We took our puppy Jasper to the dog beach and for the most part it was very clean and the people are very nice that utilize the beach with their pets. I am leaving four stars because we did end up finding a syringe (no needle) and unfortunately a few people do not pick up after their dog. But other than that there really wasn’t trash on the beach. I would just be mindful of where your dog is walking or what they’re sniffing.

The sand on the beach was so so soft and the sunset off of it was really pretty! It was so nice to have a beach that is dog friendly. We went memorial weekend and it’s was pretty dead, which I was surprised. Way too cold to go in the water though so maybe that’s why. We would definitely go back!

We took our puppy Jasper to blue dog Tavern on our road trip and the patio is all closed off, which is extremely nice! it was kinda hard to figure out how to get in at first if you’ve never been there before.

We loved that they have a dog menu so he could also have lunch with us. The food was good. Most of the staff was friendly. They do have a water bowl set up on the patio, it was a self serve area. We were so grateful to have found this place!

The Windmill Island Gardens is absolutely gorgeous and it is so refreshing to know they are pet friendly (on leash)

We took a trip up to Michigan and it was great to be able to bring our pup with us on adventures. I would highly recommend!

We took are puppy Jasper to Michigan Wine Company during our trip and they were absolutely amazing!
The patio is pet friendly (on leash) and it is covered. That was such a big bonus because during our trip it was raining. The inside is super cute and small. The staff was incredible and so cute with Jasper! They brought over a water bowl for him before we even got to ask. He got so many treats that day lol
I would highly recommend!
