I walk up to door trash piled up outside of the entrance door, construction workers everywhere. This must be the go-to place for them to stay. I was unaware of this before booking. It's not that it's bad because of them but just know lots of them hang outside in groups and they are in and out all hours of the day and night. Apparently oblivious to people sleeping because they are NOT quiet. No one at the front desk when we arrived had to call from my phone to get someone to check us in.

Once checked in the hallways, stairs and elevator smelled like Marijuana. Our room was just ok. The tub looked nasty, the floors need cleaning not just vacuuming. The bathroom faucet was broken. Our toilet was stopped up and called front desk was told to come get a plunger. We had to use that every time we went. The pillows were flat one had stains on it and a long curly black hair. We would have left but it was raining and late and we needed to rest.

We were originally supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1st night. When told them I wanted to check out early after waiting for someone to come to front desk for over 5-8 minutes. I told them why she said did you tell a manager I said yes they told us to come get a plunger she was not too happy about it and said we would get a refund .I hope they honor this. I will say the bed was comfortable and the mattress was covered in plastic. I did check for bed bugs and none was found. That's why we stayed the 1 night we were so tired.
