Good food and a nice covered patio.
Sugar Wood-Fired BistroNice enclosed patio and they turned the heater on for us. Food is fresh, good and they have some gluten-free options. Only beer and wine though, no hard liquor. No water or bones for our dog, but I know that not all restaurants do this so I always bring some with me.

Nice covered patio.
The 5th Quarter Sports Bar & PizzeriaWent there on a rainy day. Nice covered patio and very friendly service. Bar food, but it was good. Would have been nice on a sunny day, as it has a nice view of the river. Near the casino and the clock tower shopping center.

Great food.
Donnelly's Shamrock PubCold out, so usually the restaurants don't want to serve you on the patio. They were very welcoming and the food was amazing!

Nice hotel.
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont Plaza (I-10 & Walden) an IHG HotelHotel was updated but needs a little more updating in the rooms. 4 bones because the staff was very friendly, we were allowed to have our dog in the lobby and enjoy drinks, and it had a large pet relief area.
