Reserved an accessible king room w a roll-in shower. Checked in early, around 11am. At check-in was told the shower was broken. Was then put in a non accessible room with 2 queen beds and a bathtub. The walls and sheets were dirty, the cold water didn’t work and had trouble accessing the WiFi due to issues on the hotel’s end. Accessibility is important because my husband is wheelchair bound. We ended up leaving at around 6:15pm the same day and finding other accommodations. The staff was indifferent to our issues when reported.
