When we first walked in we said it was our first time. My wife had our lab on his leash and he was well behaved. We were asking the man at the counter about serving and he just kept saying the dog had to go outside and was very condescending like we didn’t understand the dog couldn’t be in the restaurant. We didn’t want to cause a scene so my wife found her way out to the patio and I ordered our drinks. We met another patron outside who was a regular and he said the same thing. There is no clear signage to direct you through to the patio. He said they used to have a walkway at the side but they closed it so you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the patio. It’s too bad that was our initial introduction, as soon as I offered that it was our first time he should have welcomed us and directed us to the patio. It seems to be a busy well liked establishment otherwise. We would go back on our next trip but hopefully they will have more polite, well trained staff.

The hostess Isabelle had excellent customer service skills, genuinely sweet. It was hot out so the first thing she did was bring our pup a bowl of cold water. Our server was fantastic as was the manager. One of the other servers came over to ask us about our dog. All of the staff made us feel welcome and made our puppers right at home. Food was good also, we will definitely be back!

We brought our lab here for a week this summer. The hosts are awesome people, the cabin has everything you could want, literally home away from home. Steps to the beach, everything was clean and well maintained. We used the bbq, firepit and kayaks. We had coffee in the morning and took our fur baby to the ocean to explore. Really a hidden gem!
