We went at lunch during August, so we had the outdoor patio mostly to ourselves. It is covered and was warm, but comfortable. The chairs could have been a little more comfy, but my dog was perfectly happy. The server brought him a big glass of water for us to refill the collapsible water bowl I always carry for him. We got pizza and it was good - the garlic knots were nice, too. It was a good spot to watch all the people walking along the River. They had a nice sign with dog rules on it and another saying dogs were welcome.

Traveled through the area in August and their big covered patio with misting fan was actually comfortable even with the heat. It has a nice big parking lot, with an area for dogs with a little poop bag station. The wait staff was super nice and got water for my giant pup. And bonus for me - they have lots of vegetarian/vegan menu items. If I lived in the area, I would go back all the time.
