We were excited to stay here and the motel did seem nice from the outside. I can’t say what the inside was like, however. When we arrived, the office was locked and empty inside, but hey, there was a communicative sign at the door telling you to text or call a number to receive self check-in instructions. Great! So, I call, no answer, voicemail says “busy with another customer, text for a quicker reply.” Got it! Texted, waited, texted again, called again, and again. No answer. Hmmm weird. Called BringFido, the nice lady on the other end called them herself, same issue. She called from her personal cell, no answer. She texted, emailed, no answer. I knocked on the office door, rang the doorbell - NO ANSWER! We did arrive at 10pm, but check-in is listed as 4pm to midnight. That was part of the reason we came here in the first place.

We’re on the road and needed that late check-in. It looked like the nicest stay in the area and at a good price, but after a day of driving and no replies for 30 mins, we were pretty disappointed and had to go to whatever spot we could find in the area that wasn’t sold out. If you can’t check me in at 10pm, don’t list check-in as 4 to midnight. I’ve been disappointed with hotels/motels before, but that was for cleanliness issues. Getting ghosted when you’re tired, your room is booked, and you’re under the impression that you have a nice place to rest for the night is something I would’ve never, ever expected to happen. So, unfortunately, while I can’t review the quality of the room, I feel that I have to warn others, and sadly, simply cannot give more than one star. This ended up being the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a stay.
