Surf Taco in Manasquan is a great spot to bring your dog. They have an outdoor patio section that is perfect. It’s also shaded which is nice. The employees there are super friendly and accommodating. They immediately brought out a water bowl and offered our dog a treat. They even took her picture for the @dogsofsurftaco Instagram page! Love it here!

Point Lobster Co. is a casual little summertime spot that if you weren’t looking for, you’d probably miss it. There is outside picnic table seating which is perfect for your dog. Everyone was super friendly and one of the employees even offered to get us a water bowl. Make sure you get the lobster roll...it’s out of this world!

Bay Head Beach is a great spot to take your dog(s). However, just like most all beaches along the Jersey Shore, dogs are not permitted during the summer months. I’m not sure of the exact dates, but usually between October and April, dogs are welcome on the beach. There are signs stating that dogs must remain leashed at all times, however, there are always numerous dogs running and playing off leash. I have never witnessed an issue with this in all my times going there. All-in-all, it’s a great spot to take your dog during the off-season months. Please be sure to clean up after yourself!!
