The suite was clean, and so were the grounds. (Dog people, pick up your dog’s poop!) Loved having a little kitchenette in the suite, especially with a roomy fridge and freezer. The plates, glasses and silverware meant we could get dinner to go from a nearby restaurant and eat in our room without feeling awkward. Adding Candlewood Suites to our thumbs-up list!

Stopped in Wilmington for one night on a road trip. The Sheraton was a nice place to stay, right in the action. When we arrived, we didn't see instructions on where to park while checking in, so we just parked in the underground garage and then took the elevator up to the front desk. Turns out, that was the right thing to do, so just pull on in. The suite was very nice, clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants nearby, including a big outdoor mall with lots of restaurants with patios. We had no trouble finding somewhere to eat.

Patio is charming. Food was delicious. Husband had half a rack of ribs. I had a Cobb salad. Both excellent. They brought our pup some water. Nice place! Ours is the first review because they just opened.

We arrived on a rainy day in July. Delighted to discover that Clementine’s patio is covered with a pergola and corrugated plastic to let in the light. Great menu with plenty of options for carnivores and vegetarians, including gluten free options for both. We started with cocktails. Husband had grilled salmon, I had the chef’s daily grain bowl. So good! Pup was admired and given water and attention. He was comfortable lying on the cool painted concrete floor while we dined. We’re all very happy!

Delicious meal in a lovely setting on Market Square. The awning provided shade, and a fan overhead gave us a nice breeze while we ate. Food was upscale casual. Loved the Parmesan truffle oil fries. We had fish tacos and salads and all three meals were delicious. Waiter brought water for the pup.
