Beautiful surroundings, cleanliness was great, front desk people went out of their way to accommodate a couple of our requests. Only downside was giving us a room on the 3rd floor with a family of young children directly above us on the 4th floor making a lot of late evening noise and stomping.

Pleasant check-in personnel. However our room was not cleaned when we checked In at 6:15pm and we waited about 45 minutes to get into our room. Also no refrigerator that was stated as standard. We requested one but never heard back from staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was a zoo with a very large group congregating, just sitting or standing in the way for others to procure the small amount of food still available. Obviously did not plan for such a large group affair as most entrees were empty and not replenished. We are frequent long distance travelers. This hotel did not meet our expectations for the amount paid for a one night stay.

Our room had a door to an adjoining room. The occupants of adjoining room were very loud from 4 AM until they left at 9:30 AM...loud yells, singing and talking. We did not sleep from 4 AM. I spoke to the desk person the next morning who stated the occupants would be leaving that morning. Since we didn’t get the rest we expected I believe we should be compensated for another night at any other Comfort Inn. The room was clean & comfortable, the breakfast was good but rushed by the attendant who continually walked in and announced breakfast would be over soon ... not very pleasant or accommodating.
I would rate this hotel higher as it is well kept up but these experiences were not up to our expectations of welcoming and restful stay.

Updated clean room. Quiet, bed comfy, breakfast hot. Dog was welcomed to walk through the lobby.

The room was clean & comfortable but the bathroom ceiling needs some attention to get rid of black mold.
