All access dog heaven

Probably the most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. I was greeted at check in with a glass of Prosecco, and a stuffed “Pawsecco” for the dog. The room we stayed in has a bed, homemade treats and bowls for the pooch. Dogs welcome in dining area (we sat outside at the colosseum grill) and the pool. Dogs are not supposed to be on the furniture at the main pool, but no one seemed to mind the adult which is much smaller. Beautiful grounds to walk the dog and short walk to Crystal Cove Beach. Paved paths only for dogs (not on beach) and the blacktop can get quite hot on warmer days.

Truly Fido Friendly

Carmel Valley Ranch in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Wonderful to be able to bring our dog to the restaurant, swimming pool, the golf course and on a walk through the vineyards. Dogs aren't permitted in the pool by the gym/tennis courts, but pretty much free reign on the rest of the grounds.
