What a great day touring all the covered bridges in Cottage Grove! We walked across all the ones we could. Great time was had by all especially our hound dog that enjoyed his howl as it echoed through the bridges.

Wonderful staff and friendly clientele too. Nice large choice of beer and wonderful shady area for the pup (tasty pup treat included). An excellent way to spend an afternoon with family and your best friend.🐾

We checked Bring Fido for a lunch recommendation and were not disappointed! Yummy!!! Excellent menu with wonderful choices. We ordered the chicken ranch sandwich and a Cuban sandwich, both incredible. We ordered a hamburger patty for our pup that actually came in a dog bowl, I added a couple of my tots and he was in high heaven. Our waitress, Amy, made sure we knew that pups food was very hot and gave us excellent and friendly service. Twisted Pig will definitely be a place we come back to ( with or without the pup).

We never new that the Hog's Breath Inn was dog friendly; they are so dog friendly they even have a menu just for the pups! The host was extremely friendly and sat us right away. Our Bluetick likes to spread out when he lays down and of course was in the walkway (every pet parent knows how long it takes to get pups settled in a new environment) but no one even mentioned it to us and they made it a point to make sure not to step on him. Once we got him out of the way and situated we started looking at the menu. Boy so many things sounded tasty! We ordered the penne pasta and sand dabs that were both absolutely wonderful! My husband had the house Hog's Breath Ale which he enjoyed very much. Our pup got the chicken which looked delicious; there were some small carrots and other veggies in the rice and a generous amount of chicken. I checked to make sure that it wasn't too hot but it was a perfect temperature. We did order the brownie alamode for dessert which was scrumptious, no dessert for the pup this time. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive making our overall experience excellent!! The Hog's Breath Inn has just become our go to place to eat when we are in Carmel.

We found City Pub on the Bring Fido websight and figured we would give it a try.
We sat on the patio, of course as we had the pup with us, Harry was our waiter and was quick to bring our menus but more importantly a water bowl for our pup. He was very friendly, answered questions about beer and asked us about our dog too. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, quick and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. If we are ever back in Redwood City we most definitely come back for a visit!
