Everything about our stay was great except when we got there we were told according to the pet policy that pets cannot at all be left alone for any period of time. The problem then was that we didn’t leave the room for dinner since it is winter during our stay, and the only room service option was the very expensive restaurant at the hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, amazing location with a beautiful view! We will stay her again in the summer when Duluth has outdoor eating options to take our pet with for dinner, but if you are staying in the winter with your pet, find a pet friendly hotel where it is ok to leave you pet for short periods of time or rent an Airbnb.

We had our dog with us and it started to rain, so outdoor options for lunch wouldn’t work. They said it was perfectly fine to have our dog inside! We enjoyed playing checkers and eating lunch with our dog while we waited out the rain!
