Wow, a diamond mine in this adorable little town. Remote, adult high desert vacation spot that is very private. Two night stay required, two dogs allowed with no size restriction, and very nice staff. The room was great. It was like being with family. Each room has an outdoor small backyard with an outdoor hot springs fed hot tub to look out on the stars all night long. Mini kitchens and spacious comfortable rooms. I have stayed here multiple times with my Labradors when going cross country. The rooms are moderately priced and it is so peaceful. It is a very safe environment for single people traveling alone, in my opinion. It’s worth the mandatory reservation inconvenience. There is also a lot to walk and see or just sit and ponder.
