Better than expected
Comfort Inn Grand Rapids AirportDid not intend to stay here but a turn of events made it necessary. I was pleasantly surprised. The room had a slight odor but not too bad. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was conveniently right next to the exit but was not noisy at all. There are not a lot of places to walk the dog without traffic noise but still had plenty of grass. I did not see pet waste stations at all which could be very useful for guests with pets.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St Pete-Clearwater AirptThis place was absolutely disgusting! The a/c was broken. The bed sheets were used. There was poop in the hallways and were told nothing could happen about that until housekeeping came in the next day. Filth is an understatement. The staff’s look if “not surprising” when we said the sheets hadn’t been changed was too disturbing. We did not stay!!

Even Jack Knows He’s Welcome!
WasabiEven if we are not going to Wasabi and just strolling downtown Jack will try to pull us in to see his friends. The staff always makes a point to say hello to him even if they are not assigned to our section. A bowl of brown rice and a large bowl of water are brought out with our meals so that he knows he is a part of the experience. The seating is in a warm heated enclosed patio in the winter so we can enjoy the AMAZING food all year long.
