Clean, quiet, pleasant staff. This is a bargain.

Third floor pet room with no elevator. The elevator had been out of service for a while. No grass for dogs. The room was clean and quiet.

Polite, welcoming staff. Clean grounds and room. This is my favorite great value, dog friendly hotel.

Arrived at 3:00 pm, stated check-in time, was told I’d have to wait 15 min. to check in. Paid for a Deluxe Room, assumed I’d get a microwave & fridge, NOT. Asked what I’d get for the deluxe charge was rudely told, “I don’t know.” The grounds are filthy, trash strewn. No bath mat. No blanket. Asked about the blanket and was told to come get it. I was ready for bed. Eventually, a blanket was delivered. Given two forms to fill in with car info, phone and email. Told to put one in my car window. I guess it makes it easier for scammers, hackers, and identify thieves to provide them with this info. Big “no refund” sign posted. Management’s way of saying, “You’re screwed.” They allow pets. I bring my own poop bags, good thing, the potty stations’ poop bag holders were empty and the ground was covered in dog poop and weeds (and trash). I stayed here several years ago and it was clean and comfortable.. Very sad decline. Still wondering what the “Deluxe” charge got me.

Clean, updated room. Nice grassy area for the dogs. Welcoming staff. My room was quiet.

I have traveled extensively for work and dog competitions. This was the cleanest accommodation I have ever had. The bathroom and appliances sparked. The inside of the refrigerator was spotless. There are lots of grassy areas to walk dogs. Very, very nice. I will stay here whenever I travel to the Denver area.

Be aware that there is a $100 deposit for pets. This was quite a concern when I entered a room with stained, dirty carpet. The refrigerator was also dirty, although I doubt that would be taken out of the pet deposit. They will inspect your room before you checkout, which takes time.
Three women at the front desk were not wearing masks and frequently bent down below the level of the plexiglass.
