Our room was not in a good state. The bathtub was cracked, floor was sticky and the room smelled of pee. One mattress was stained. Outdoors was not not clean or maintained with broken beer bottles, extremely high grass and overgrowth.

The Management was engaged until proof was shown that they mislead their guests. They clearly state no pet fees. I was charged an significant amount each night. The hotel hallways were stained and smelled. The area around the hotel was very busy all hours. Will never stay there again!

Even though we stayed on the third floor the dogs did well with the elevator. Not much green space for the dogs. Very clean and well maintained as well as quiet.

Very nice to have doors open to the outside near the dog park. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Element Omaha is a very coeN, pet friendly, spacious and updated hotel. Small green spaces all around for your fur babies! All staff were very pleasant and helpful! The parking garage even has 2 electric charging stations! Just need green friendly travelers to adhere to the 4 hour limit as we had to wait till morning to plug in. The current Tesla was already fully charged at 9pm and was still there at 7am the next day.

Hotel2 Suites never disappoints. Treats the pups just like people. Have a goody bag for each. Spacious rooms and very clean and up to date. Staff are also super!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was the expected size. Everything was reasonably kept. Great large grassy area for the pups.

The Hotel staff were fabulous and made our stay so easy with a late arrival. They set us up on the end of the hall close to a outside door to take the pups in and out! Great place for us and our fur babies!
