Large grassy area behind the hotel. Clean with no bad smells. The plumbing was odd and the tub didn’t drain properly. Quiet. Friendly, cheerful staff.

Staff were personable and helpful. The room was clean without unpleasant smells. Bathroom was sparkling clean and all the plumbing worked. The pet area was at the northwest corner, had plenty of bags. There’s a long stretch of grass along the front as well. No good running area right at the hotel, but there’s a park about a mile back down the road. 3 restaurants in walking distance. The hotel shows its age in the nonessential stuff like carpet and furniture, but the beds were comfortable.

Near mile post 152 with unassuming entrance. Large well maintained rest stop. There’s a large field, a short but lovely trail through woods along the lake. For people there’s a play structure and many picnic tables. My dog didn’t want to leave even though we stayed an hour.

If you want a ground floor room with a door to the courtyard you must speak to the hotel staff directly before you arrive. Written requests on apps will not be enough. A doggy paradise. Courtyard rooms have doors that open directly onto large grass area. Howard Amon Park is right next to the hotel with a very nice riverside walking path. Older building but well maintained, large room, comfortable bed. Will stay there again.

Quiet, well maintained park tucked beyond the lumber yard off the main road. Has a spacious field for running and access to the slow part of the Lamoille River. Pickup bags supplied. There’s a trail around the edge for walking in warm months and cross country skiing in winter. The park connects to the Rail Trail. Parking area is used as a base for bicycle and snowmobile trips on the trail, but my dog and I just enjoy the field and river.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Dinner available in hotel and was close to several restaurants. Close to I-694. Pick up bags and adequate clean grassy area available. Glad I made reservation through BringFido as they were sold out by the time I arrived.

Worth the extra distance from the freeway. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, no unpleasant smells.

Wonderful staff. Big grassy hillside and pickup bags available. I was given a ground floor room as requested. It was free pizza night when I stayed. Good breakfast.

Despite the claim of being smoking free the lobby and hallway smell strongly of cigarettes. The room itself was not smoky (except for the curtain). The sink didn’t drain. There is a large field and outside garbage cans, no pickup bags. I was on the side facing the interstate and it was noisy but tolerable. Friendly staff. I was given a ground floor room close to the exit on request. Bed was very comfortable.

I was given the requested ground floor and when I showed up they moved me close to an exit. Outdoor garbage cans, but no bags for pickup. Clean and no strong smells in the room. I will stay here again.

Staff went out of their way for me for first floor room. There’s a great grassy field close by. No bags for pickup but did have outdoor garbage cans. Good breakfast. No bad smells. Shower drained well. Not close to freeway but surrounded by restaurants and stores. Room was quiet.

The attached restaurant made an excellent Caesar salad with crisp fresh lettuce. comfortable beds. Quiet and clean. I will stay here again because of the field. They resolved the issues that were why I previously gave 4/5. Hotel had some issues with the magnetic cards for door entry-had to replace mine. Given third floor room when I asked for ground floor, so when the cards didn't work I was up and down and up 3 floors with dog and luggage.

Second stay: Staff still friendly and helpful but the hotel is old and shows it. My room had newer carpet but it was still a dusty place. signs on exit doors encouraged people to clean up after their dogs but no outdoor garbage cans to deposit the poop. Requested ground floor but got second floor close to stairs and exit. The receptionist explained that it was better maintained. Previous stay: Room treated with strong smelling cleaning material. Wore a mask to sleep and could still smell it. Quiet, older building.

Trini was very welcoming and knew what a traveling dog needs. Without my having to ask she gave us a ground floor room close to the exit and they had a big grassy area. Room was clean and quiet. Vinyl floor was nice. Much appreciated: no smells of strong cleaning fluids or perfumes.

My booking didn't come through, but Anita calmly and pleasantly worked through the problems. We got a clean, quiet room on the ground floor close to an exit. Vinyl floor. Some of the outlets on the lamps didn't work. Nice green area to play.

We were offered a ground floor room without having to ask when the front desk person saw we had a dog. Older hotel. Clean room. Nice grassy area large enough for a labrador to run around.

Gave me a ground floor room as requested and had everything ready when I arrived. Check-in was a breeze. Offered discount at local restaurant.

Although on third floor (when I asked for ground), this hotel had a lovely field to play on. Very clean rooms with full kitchen.

Reeked of cigarette smoke. Dirty. After being in the room for half an hour I checked out and went elsewhere. Did have a nice field nearby for play.

Only 4 bones because area for elimination was very small, and no bags provided.

Very welcoming and patient with road weary people and dog. Generous green area for dog running. Clean and well managed. Great place.

Fine place for people. Exit to take dog out was down 2 flights and entrance back was far around the building, which was an unpleasant surprise in middle of night. Dog area provided was clean and had bags and a disposal can. Busy part of town, not much green space otherwise.

Some rehab of one area in progress. Nice long stretch to throw ball.
