Great food and a fully enclosed, covered patio that’s still dog-friendly on a rainy day.

Our room was a bit musty, but very close to the hotel’s little beach and tiki bar area. The dogs were able to relax in the room while we went on a short excursion.

All three members of the crew were excited to see our dogs come aboard — one big, one small. They were welcome everywhere and enjoyed the ride.

Our pet fee was cut in half (without asking) because they ran out of welcome gifts for the pups. All of the staff also greeted my dogs on our walks around the property. Lots of green space and a lakeside jogging trail!

Order the pancake charcuterie board. You won’t regret it!

Having our pup stay with us on the first floor in Hotel Emeline was an amazing experience. Pretty much the entire hotel excluding the restaurant and coffee shop were dog friendly. We got to enjoy drinks with our pup on the gorgeous outdoor patio. The hotel was so nice and the location was prime downtown. Everything you could think of in Charleston was walking distance. 10/10 would recommend.

The setting and food were delicious, but service was very slow.

The calamari was delicious! Best I’ve ever had. Dogs highly recommend the Beef and Barley with ice water.

Ace and Roxy say thanks for the biscuits!

We stopped on the way from Nashville to Omaha, so our dogs could stretch their legs. It was easy to access from the highway, big, beautiful, and clean. There is a fenced off-leash area for dogs and trails for walking dogs on leash.

Convenient location, quiet, exterior rooms, and easy check in process. I liked the fact that they set up a walk-up window for check in, so you don’t even have to go into the lobby (in times of Corona).

I booked a room here at midnight after my flight was cancelled. When I called the front desk to ask if the shuttle was still running, she said she’d send him right over. By the time I walked outside from the gate, the driver was waiting for me at the curb. Great service after a long and frustrating day!

This was my dog's favorite stop on our three month road trip across the United States. Don't miss it!

Most of the pet relief areas on the strip are pretty sad. The Venetian has the largest one I’ve come across. It was probably a sixty foot long dog run with artificial turf and poop bags.
