Marley is a rescue from the local shelter. He was about 5-6 years old when I brought him home. Since then we have grown this bond that nobody or anyone can ever replace. I try to spend as much time as possible with Marley who’s now is in his senior years see I’ve had Marley for 11 years now. Marley is diabetic and takes insulin shots after each meal. Marley is also partially blind and deaf. That’s why I try to keep him active as much as possible but he sleeps much of the day. I’m lucky that I get to work from home. It gives me peace of mind to know that I get to be home with Marley everyday in case he ever needs me or runs into any trouble due to his blindness.
