This was a horrible experience! Upon arrival, I was greeted in the parking lot by a bum asking me to help her find a place to stay. After going inside and waiting a long time to be acknowledged at the front desk, I was in the company of what I can only imagine was a meth-head looking for an emergency dentist and her friend...who had clearly never seen a dentist in her life and seemed nervous/paranoid. After check-in, I took the elevator, which reeked of weed, upstairs to my room that smelled of chemical smoke of some sort. I was greeted by a live roach in the sink, to pee in the bathroom floor, and a bedroom table TAPED to the wall! I immediately left the room and opened the door to a creepy old guy standing outside my room staring at my door...I went to the front desk and said I will not be staying there. I explained why and was told I couldn't check out bc I didn't make the reservation directly with the hotel. I left anyway and went to a safer, cleaner place immediately. I will NEVER go back and am seeking a refund for the amount I was charged for 2 nights. I wasn't even there for 20 minutes!
