Noisy

The Westin Los Angeles Airport

I chose this hotel because I could bring my dog and there was no fee (most hotels in the area charge $150 non-refundable pet fee). With all the hotels so close to the main road I was happy to see a large enough grass area in the front with a trash can and poop bags provided (lots of smells so your dog can go to the bathroom quickly). Checking in: the agent I checked in with didn’t seem as though she enjoyed her job and they were not very organized with how many people were checking in (I waited for awhile for them to find a pet policy form). Self parking is expensive but again, I saved $150 from not having the pet fee. I gave it a fair rating because of the pet policy but we experienced a lot of loud noise. It was Valentine’s Day and they had some sort of all night dance party or lessons close to the lobby. On the 9th floor that night it was pretty awful with the amount of noisy people going back to their rooms intoxicated and just yelling up and down the halls. It happened all night with the noise. I called the front desk to complain around midnight because we couldn’t sleep and had to be at the airport at 0430. They sent a security guard to the floor but it didn’t change the noise, my dog couldn’t sleep so around 0130 I took her outside to find the Security Guard sitting on a table talking on FaceTime just as loud
