Visited Moraine Dog Beach on August 24th and learned it requires a permit (no day passes available). Thankfully, the Park Fitness Center at the community center down the road was open—even on Sunday—and I was able to buy a prorated pass for $27 (good through the end of September). They do require proof of rabies vaccination and your dog’s rabies tag number, so come prepared. Without a pass, you could face a $75 fine.

The beach itself is on the smaller side but very clean and well maintained. It wasn’t overcrowded, and there’s a beautiful boardwalk nearby that makes for a nice walk before or after playing at the beach. Next time, we’ll definitely bring some chairs and plan to stay longer. Overall, a great spot and worth the visit!

We were looking for a pet friendly place after visiting the Holden Arboretum and stumbled upon this little gem ! The food was great and a water bowl was offered to our dog bob. We did also buy him some grilled chicken . Service was great we will be back!

What a nice surprise this little trail and dog park was! The dog park is at the head of the trail inside the local park. Definitely wear shoes you don’t mind getting dirty and wet as parts of the trail are very muddy

Great service and food! They brought out a water bowl for our dog w/o asking and they have food options for pets where proceeds go to a local shelter! loved it !

This place was a little tough to find but it is beautiful big dog park with a nice pond with beach for the dogs! While it is definitely one of the nicer dog parks in the area we find there usually aren’t too many other dogs here to socialize with ours so we usually bring the dogs some balls for fetch to get their energy out!

We usually frequent Mosquito Lake Dog Park but wanted to try a new place. This park is definitely a lot smaller than mosquito lake dog park but I loved the cute obstacle course they had for our pup to play on. We loved the atmosphere here as the people and dogs were all friendly. The only thing is that while they provide plenty of trash cans they did not provide waste bags. While we always bring our own waste bags I am assuming many people do not because there was a lot of poop not picked up at this park. The grass is rather thick so we found this really gross and didn’t stay long.

this is my absolute favorite dog parks in the area! There aren’t many, but this one is the biggest and the cleanest. There is water, waste bags, and waste bins provided by the non-profit Friends of Mosquito Lake Dog Park, who help maintain it. I find people here are generally friendly and usually only bring nonaggressive dogs. There is a dog beach and on Sundays they regularly have a puppy play day at 1pm for those trying to socialize their new pups!

This place is awesome! From the food, atmosphere , and patio for the dogs. The patio has AstroTurf which is comfy for the dogs.
